I received a call stating I was being sued and to be in court on monday i checked civil and criminal dockets for a pending case and there was none. the call came from a mr albert smith whom gave me the number for a mr. james walker claming it was his attorney. I called the number and the same man answered the phone and made the same claim. this is a debt collection company
