I hired Rivera Document Processing to do a "Securitatization" on my home mortgage. They failed to perform the work promised. In their contract for service, they offer a money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied. I requested a refund and was refused. I filed a complaint with the Central Florida BBB which facilitated a response from the companies owner, Lorenzo Rivera. I was promised a refund through BBB and accepted the terms of the settlement. Rivera reneged on his promise to pay. I am still waiting for my refund. This company is a ripoff, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
