I send my bitcoin to this website https://www.havebitcoin.com for exchanging my bitcoin to other ecurrency. The details for exchanging put your name, email, cellphone # and bitcoin address in case of refund. After sending my to their bitcoin address that also says after 1 confirmation we will send you the money to your selected ecurrency, wait for 20 mins. and dont refresh the browser. I wait for 20 mins. and no exchange happen. I sent 0.24 and 0.20 to them a total 0.44 bitcoin that I made a exchanged for them. I wait another 20 mins. to my second exchange and that is the 0.20 bitcoin thinking that maybe there was something wrong of what I'm the doing exhanged or there was just a glitch in the website in my first exhanged and I did'nt refresh the browser. What happens next is after waiting again for 20 mins. of no progress I contacted their support they said its in progress. Then I contacted them again to get my refund after waiting for one day. They did'nt answer at all. What kind of business is this? You asked for refund and they are not answering any of my question. They should be shut down by the FBI for not refunding and doing a monkey style of business. They are perfect in this scambook website.
