A job that makes you work almost 9 hours a day that is what that job ad is. Well if I gotta be honest it is not like anyone is forcing you to do it, you just get sucked right into it and once you see what is waiting at the end hohoooo highly unlikely that you will stop doing it

Posting online adverts, showing the room to people, making phone calls, maintaining the peace of existing tenants, well the tasks are not so much, but it gets intense probably if you have unhappy people, didnt happened to me, but I was still a bit cautious about it. Requires hard work and stable mental state, ive seen people who ran of the 3 day, that was funny to watch haha one of them even came up to me and proposed we go together and threaten that we will tell all that the company is scam, well sorry buddy, but I am making my money and am fine with it, you can tell whatever sh*t you want.
