Cheers mates, I have been working there as well, I was more of an intern actually dealing with more office work and online advertising, but I would say they are very warm in the office even tho very competitive, but I was not so much on commission based I was more in office environment, not so much going out to properties and showing I mean, I was responsible for few properties, but not as much as the rest, that is due to my personal motivation, I didn’t think it was that much for me, worked for my regular hours, but the people around me, were busting themselves and I know how high the commission can be so I don’t blame them for working even the saturdays.
