Applying online to change address for my driver's license led me to this TRUSTe drop-off (mydriverlisence.org). Unaware that this is not an official service by CA DMV. This site charged me 2.99 + 19.99 = $22.98 for this change of address. I was told later by DMV technician that there is no fee charged if file by DMV form.
