I received a receipt for £10 taken out of my phone account for 2 entries to a competition I never entered.
I phoned the number given and spoke to a very dubious sounding person who said they were just the customer service provider for another company (Socman) and that hey could do nothing about it.
I asked for their regulator and was told to contact Phonepay Plus to lodge an official complaint.
Is there any way to block this payment which will simply appear on my mobile account?
