Hello my name is Jaime Rodriguez. DOB 0*/**/19** tel. 561***6557.  I canceled membership 8/09/15 in accordance to your terms and conditions policy by coming into my location signing a cancellation agreement and making a one time cancellation fee payment. I was assured by your terms and conditions the shift employee and a shift supervisor that no further charges would be incurred from this account in accordance with the cancellation process. On 8/31/15 an unauthorized charge for $15.90 was charged to this account, resulting in a $35.00 over draft fee. After being notified about the account status I contacted my former location and explained the matter. She advised me I had not done anything wrong in the cancellation process that this had been an internal error resulting in an unauthorized debit of the account. She was willing to return the original fee but said I would have to claim any further damages directly from corporate. so the unauthorized injury is a total of $50.90. I hope to resolve this matter in a timely fashion since the account needs to be made whole. I thank you in advance for resolving this matter in a timely fashion and hope this incident inspires change in your organization. While $50.90 may be an insignificant amount of money to an institution of your stature. As a working class American on a working class budget financial injuries like the one I've experienced are unwarranted and avoidable with better internal communication. Thanks again Jaime.

Only option to reach corporate is by email. Whether accidental or intentional I was given the wrong email. That's insult to injury. Only way I found the right email was on this website. Unfair business practices assuming if they hold out long enough I will just forget about t 50$.
