10/1/14: I ordered free trial products from this company that they offered. I simply paid two charges of $10.98 for shipping.

10/15/14: I received two new charges on my credit card:
$75.94 from "EAI*ENZOBEAUTY 877-446-2178 CA"
$85.94 from "HBS*HEALTHDEAL 877-746-3154 CA"
and received two new products that I never asked for nor ordered.
I called the company and they agreed to provide me with a refund, minus shipping costs.

10/18/14: as per the company's request, I shipped the products to the seller.

11/1/14: the seller received the products.

Dec/14 - 1/12/15: I received two full refund checks written out to my nickname "Grace" instead of my legal name. I called the company to complain about the mixup, and returned those checks to the seller.

5/4/14: I received ONE new check ($79.95) with my legal name for the second of the two charges above:
$85.94 from "HBS*HEALTHDEAL 877-746-3154 CA"
- minus a $5.99 service charge for $79.95.

This still left the first charge:
$75.94 from "EAI*ENZOBEAUTY 877-446-2178 CA"
- unresolved until today (Sept. 2015). I made a total of at least 19 calls over the last year regarding this not-refunded charge, with repeated promises to "elevate" my ticket and a refund within 30 days (several times!), and every time, no response, no refund after 30 days had passed. Just about 19 empty, unfulfilled promises.
