I SEE THAT THERE ARE FOUR COMPLAINTS AGAINST CARDINAL TRADING, HAVE THESE BEEN RESOLVED AS YET? MY EXPERIENCE IS SIMILAR TO THESE FOUR.I AM TOLD THAT MY INVESTMENT HAS SHOWN SUBSTANTIAL GROWTH AND WHEN I APPLIED TO WITHDRAW SAME I WAS INFORMED THAT I HAD TO DEPOSIT A FURTHER 100 000USD IN THE CARDINAL ACCOUNT AS A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT GUARANTEE AS CARDINAL IS APPARENTLY COMPELLED BY US LAW TO DECLARE MY EARNINGS TO THE US REVENUE SERVICES.JONATHAN SINCLAIR OF CARDINAL SAYS THIS IS FOR A TAX CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE RELATING TO FATCA, AND ONCE ISSUED MY ENTIRE INVESTMENT TOGETHER WITH SAID TAX CLEARANCE DEPOSIT WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO ME. THEY CAN NOT USE MY INVESTMENT FOR THIS PURPOSE AND THAT IS THEIR JUSTIFICATION FOR REQUIRING THE ADDITIONAL 100K.
