I had ordered a cake - order number 8971. With a request for it to be delivered between 4-5pm on 13th sep, 2015. However, not only has the cake not been delivered yet, there is no update on the delivery status on their official website(http://www.floristsinindia.com). to make matters worse, the ONLY customer care number mentioned on the site has been switched off all day long today, so there is no way to contact these guys. This is highly irresponsible and deplorable. Clearly, I have been tricked of my money and I demand a refund with compensation.
