I had my account set to No Auto Renew bc I didn't want to continue. I followed their directions. They reset my acct on Sept 12, 2015 and then charged my credit card with another 6 month fee. I am furious. I have reported the fraud to my bank and sent them a few emails. I can not find a phone number anywhere to call them. Thank you. Linda Anderson 609-248-5575.
