They froze my computer, left a message saying that I had to call Microsoft because I was using Microsoft software and only they could fix my computer and not to turn off my computer or my countries were using my computer and all antivirus software was responsible ( I had Norton ) and if I paid them $300 they would fix the problem and give me 5 years of service. I was recently was informed by Itechzeus that I had been spammed and to ask only good for 7 days for refunds and I insisted and after talking to three levels they said they would return $149.95 on 8/25/2015 which I haven't received.
