I have never even seen this company nor website before. I moved recently and have been very budget conscious lately more than ever before. I had just checked a few days prior my balance and noticed that from 2 days I was nearly $100 short, since this was a government issued debit card that I receive my children's ssi deposit on, money goes quickly to pay for expenses, (im a single father raising 5 little ones) and this card doesn't provide a paper statement. I call in on an 800 number to check my balance and history and didn't receive any notification of what had happened until I noticed a website on the back of the card that I had never paid attention to before. After logging on I could see a detailed statement of activity and began investigation of where the money had gone. Low and behold I find "eDateHelp.com" a charge of $99.00 and after going back 4 months,(the maximum allowed on the site) I found the same charge on or around the 16th of ever month. After further investigation,(calling the card issuers)I found that the charges had been going on since 0ct 2014! Of course I was floored. So then I went online and Google leaf me to find that this company has been scamming people left and right, which lead me here. Please help!
