On 9/7/15, I purchased Regenere Cream and Serum for 4.95 each from an ad it was a trial of these two products. It was shipped on 9/9/15. Besides the two products, the only thing in the box was a packing slip. I called the Jeunesse Corporate office in Florida and they advised this is not their company, and my order# on my shipping label is not from them. They could not find me in their system anywhere. On 9/22/15 I was charged 89.92 on my checking account. I have sent messages and emails and called 1-702-377-9470, and 1-866-393-3483, and the recording says the office is closed, as well it says to leave a message and they will call back on the next business day, but the recording disconnects the all without being able to leave a message.
