Ordered Nike Lebron sneakers for my grandson. Card was charged for item and paid. I have never received item,nor tracking #, nothing. Have emailed the company jordan-ussales.com several times and have never heard back.
Did receive a somewhat sketchy and not in correct English acknowledgement of payment from them, but nothing else at all. Don't know what else to do. Don't have a tracking or contact #. Guess I'm out the $$$?
