Unable to cancel, continued shipping of unwanted product, unable to phone/stop auto payment that was set up without my knowledge .shipment in august returned with difficulty, assured it would stop further shipments, but continued shipments and charges. This company will not accept phone communication, and website complaints, says it only accepts web written communication, but it does not. Crooked dealings from the start.
