I ordered a so called free sample and instead they charged me and a month later sent another order which I had NOT asked for and also charged me for that.The email address given did not work so I have sent a letter on23/9/2015 and hope that will stop them .I am a pensioner and can't afford to have them keep stopping money from my credit card I do hope the letter works or I will have to cancel my credit card.
