i recieved this green post card in the mail . and is has a toll free number on it . well i called it up and they asked me for a code on the card . i said ok. gave them the code and all . well the amount was $20,978 (doe) and to verify by phone call. well they lady i talked to said that i had to pay a $12.95 for shipping and handling. but she said that i would need a debit or credit card. ok well i didnt give them anything. i said i dont have any debit or credit card. and she said ok well you can call us back when you get one. why do i have to have to pay for that . well she told me that the money is 100% my money and i dont have to pay it back . ok well that didnt make sense to me. but i hung up on them . i reseached the name and you guys site said it was a scam. thank you for looking in to it . i read that i am not the only one. here. whom recieved one
