You keep sending me more Sinuprex and I have requested, by phone at least 3 times to stop sending any to this address. I do not want to be billed for these.
I received the last box approximately 9/23/15 I was away from home for a week so not sure of exact date. I was billed (posted date 9/06) for $39.95. Please reimburse me for $39.95 and STOP sending them. I DO NOT WANT ANY MORE SINUPREX!!! It does not help any of my symptoms.
