Paid for calls to be less expensive. They did NOT advise the you still had to set up with other venders ahead of time for additional costs. Threatened to blacklist both me and my son from system for calling and report to collections if we tried to get money back. Never a real person to talk to, no wonder. They're totally taking advantage of inmates and their families as if we're not going through enough without their harrasment and threats. They need to be shut down and held liable. Who's the criminal here?
