I called the ph # that was on coupon I received in mail for free sample of which I was quite please with the affects I received. At the time of ordering the full product I paid by electronic check and was told I would receive my order withing 3-5 business days. I have sent emails to company only to receive generic response an agent would be getting back to me. To date no agent has responded back and no product has been received. I am very disappointed as I really did like the sample. I feel as though now I have been scammed and my money taken with no product received.
