Trying to collect on a payday loan I never took out in 2012 saying my bank account was closed. Have the same bank account for 10 years and never took out a payday loan. They wouldn't not give me back up information. I work for a Law Firm and told him to file the complaint and serve me and I would see them in court. Please do not let these people intimate you. I supposedly OWED $655 and they were willing to settle for $250..BOGUS..DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION TO THESE PEOPLE.
