Contacted this company twice concerning charges that were made on October 7, 2015 when I was out of town at a doctor's appointment. At first said they were going to refund and I told them that this so called account was closed out months ago when this happened at another time. So, I called them on October 13, 2015 and the man said he just talked to me an hour ago about reinstating this account and I told him this is the first time I called today. Said there was no refund and threatened me saying that I have been reported to my local law enforcement. So, I called the bank on October 7, 2015 to cancel my card and a new one will be reissued but for them to threaten me and to tell me that I just called an hour before shows me that they are committing illegal practices.
