On 13th of September of this year I clicked on a link whilst on the computer which described "free beauty product samples - only pay postage". I was given a choice of samples; 'Garcinia Cambogia' was NOT one of them. Rather, I selected 'Luminique', 'Hydroxotone' and 'Bellaplex'. These 3 samples arrived roughly 2 weeks later (on or about the 28th/29th September, 2015). On the 7th of October (about a week after receiving the samples chosen), I received a package - left at the door - which contained a bottle of Garcinia Cambogia. It came in a padded envelope and contained no statement/bill/paperwork whatsoever. At the time, I thought it was connected to the other samples in the form of a 'freebie'. I had cause to look at my internet banking yesterday, only to find that my debit card had been accessed by this so-called company as follows:
16/9/15: $2.99 USD + o/s fee of $0.12 ($4.36 AUD);
17/9/15: $6.96 USD + o/s fee of $0.29 ($10.12 AUD);
15/10/15: $89.83 USD + o/s fee $3.72 ($127.73 AUD).
This is a total of almost $150 AUD that I hadn't asked for or ordered. I am on a Disability pension, hence the attraction of 'free samples', yet have been ripped off by these people - as I imagine many people have been. And a word of warning: DON'T click on any link that promises you 'free samples' and DON'T order anything from Luminique, Bellaplex or Hydroxatone - I am convinced that these 'companies' are passing on my/your credit card details to other fraudulent 'companies', including Garcinia Cambogia. I strongly suggest you see your bank to have all debits from these people ceased or seized if this happens to you. Good luck!
