I responded to a bright, clear add offering a free trial of skin products. Shipping was charged as noted on their site. The next month, on October 1st, there are 4 charges for almost $200 CAD each and no way to reach the distributor. The toll free number goes to a robotically-trained woman in South Carolina who says no supervisor is available and they are not given the company's contact information. This is clearly a company set up hoping to fool as many people as possible. How can others be protected?
