This company telephoned me as if they are representative of the International Conference in Germany that I was participating at Hamburg September 13 to September 19, 2015, they had all the information about me, booked a hotel in Hamburg, charged to my credit card in two installments and just 3 days before my departure informed me that because of a system error the reservation has been cancelled, need to pay more for a higher category of reservation. My efforts to get in contact with them failed and I had to make my own reservations. The refund has not been made- no telephone contact has been possible. This a a criminal gang finding soft targets. I have also learned that in this conference I was not the only victim. How such a criminal company could still work from a address of Los Angles, USA- I am loosing faith in US based companies doing E business!
