A couple of months prior to June 27, 2015, I received a free offer for their product billed Male Nitro Pill and using my Citi Bank Credit Card to be charged for shipping only. In June while I was examining my bill I noted a charge for $89.95. I called the company and was told I had failed to notify them within a certain time period that was apparently in small print. I'm 70 years old and small print on a desk top is difficult to read. I was further informed my plan would be cancelled but I was being charged for another bottle of the product, a product that failed to work. I informed the person at MG Health that I had not received a second bottle. She stated she would check into it. I then contacted Citi Bank and registered a complaint. Apparently MG Health has been difficult to deal with and Citi Bank was unable to resolve the issue. Last night, Oct. 20, 2015 I called MG Health again in an effort to resolve the issue. I was now told I was being charged $89.95 for the FREE SAMPLE. When I requested to speak with a supervisor I was hung up on. I called back and a nasty male employee refused to even discuss the matter and ended our call with; " we got your money and you're not getting it back."
