Submitted a claim for AC on my auto. They never responded. Talked to A "John Riley", stated that I did not have enough time with the policy after four months of being a client. SUbmitted request again by email. Nothing. Decided to cancel their services and requested a refund. Mr. Riley's answer, " No refund you had the policy for close to a year year". The company is a RIP-OFF. Same guys sells, processes claims, and decides policy issue. I'd like to know why this company is still in business and how I can get my money back.
