This is totally a scam. The company makes it appear like they are with USPS when you make a search on the internet as I did. Went to my bank website & the company already posted a pending transaction, yet the status of my order states "pending". There is no way to call them only email contact- which I did. Their response: I can not cancel or get a refund. I hope that something can be done about this.
