I have submitted all compliance documents over a month ago to have my account closed, and haven't received any replies about my status after multiple emails. The "broker" called me about closing my account and was extremely aggressive about why I was choosing to do so. Then said I will file the paperwork. That was over a month ago. Then no reply after that. This company is a 100% scam and not to be trusted. Don't waste your time or money on them at all. I know they no longer work in the USA, but were at the time. They also never said that US accounts were no longer available, and that accounts won't be closed.
