I had signed up for 3 day access for $5.95 and a few months later noticed a charge of $29.95 withdrawn from my account five days after the charge I had authroized. When I looked into it further, they have charged my account without authorization 3 times. To make this more frustrating and difficult- there is no contact number to call and speak with a representative. Even worse, when I try to go to the site to find a contact number or try to delete my account, the site is in a foreign language that I cannot navigate through. This is certainly a scam. DO NOT use this "service". I am not sure how to move forward in retrieving my money or in deleting my account for that matter. If anyone can assist, please advise!
