This was from a survey on line that this company said they were sending a free gift for doing. I have tried to get my money back for the first time they charged me $98.00 and then I got another charge on my Debit for 98.00 a few days later so they have taken a total of $196.00 out of my acct. when I was just suppose to pay for shipping & handling $5.99. Called 4 times now and they said I was suppose to get an e-mail from them on what to do but for two weeks now I still have not received an e-mail or my money back!! Billing will not respond and they won't get them on the phone they said they only deal with E-Mails!
