Purchased Thomas Sabo charms from the Thomas Sabo Mall site . Website appeared professional and genuine with numerous payment options at checkout stage. For the first time ever , used credit card instead of Paypal as it was a gift to my wife who shares the Paypal account.
Became suspicious when no order confirmation was received . After e-mailing their customer services , i received a very non professional reply from a different business 'jcappoc.com ' asking for my order reference or payment details again.
Googled 'jcappoc' only to find that it's a Chinese scam site .
Credit card company could not stop the payment , so now hoping for a refund as i'm not going to get anything else.
