I was contacted by a sales rep from Palace industries, who offered to send some kind of sample pack to my company. i did receive the sample pack and a coffee mug, then a bill for $523.19. i NEVER agreed to any order or place an order with them. i have tried contacting them... Still waiting for a return call. I see they have done this to many other companies by researching them on line.
