Signed up for free offer was only to pay for shipping. Received product then a couple weeks later I saw the charge on my credit card.Contacted my bank. They told me that the company refused to refund charge. Bank wrote off half of it. Then today, 3months later there is another charge for $97.35. Called company. Again refused to give me a refund. Said I could return free samples and they would dismiss charge minus $20.00 processing fee! I threatened to get any attorney and my bank involved and hung up.Received call back saying they had spoken to a supervisor and would refund the charge. We shall see.Slimeballs.
