Poshmark seller julianascloset, stated the bag is lightly used and there were no sign of scuffs on the corners when a buyer had asked before I made my purchase. However, I received the bag with scuffs on corners, inside, and back. I contacted seller julianascloset if I could return the bag, seller said yes.
However, when I contacted Posh to give me a return label because the bag is not describe, I had provided them with pictures of the scuffs, Poshmark offered me $135 credit. I told them I'd rather return it. 2 days after, they send me an email stated they gave me $155 store credit, said the bag was as described. I sent them several emails without any response from them. Keep in mind, Poshmark changed 20% selling fee!
