THis guy charged my credit card $500 without any authorization, was supposed to wait until I got a copy of real estate contract to charge the card, charged it immediately over a month ago and I have still not received any type of contract. Contacted him to try and get my money back and he said "see you in court". This guy is a complete scammer and very rude. No business ethics or morals, just trying to scam money off people. Plus he's charging over 700% profit on some of these parcels, I referenced the county in southern Colorado and he bought the property just 8 months ago for only $372 and is now trying to sell it for $3000. BUYERS BEWARE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR MAN.
