They devised a plan to turn the immediate neighborhood against me which worked well. They went from door to door talking to each person in the neighborhood, telling lies about me. Steven filed two false reports with the local psych outreach team, claiming I was threatening Suicide. He is currently being investigated for reporting false information to a medical authority after I told my doctor. He has been the Executor of 5 estates by visiting sick elderly people for months before they die and has benefited monetarily from these activities. He told my son he "was worried about me." In fact his wife has been hospitalized for suicide threats. He has cheated on a sleep-apnea test for his work by filling the cab of his truck with sub-grade oxygen and breathing it deeply for several minutes before submitting to the lab test, helped by his son. He molested me sexually -- not seriously harming me -- but is afraid I will tell his wife. He has at least one mistress. Four neighbors know he is doing this character assassination on me but do not want to confront him. They are, however, willing to testify if I choose to file civil suit. He has harmed my reputation, my peace of mind, taken the joy I previously had in my walks around the block and caused me to fear for my safety and ability to move freely about the neighborhood. I have nightmares and have had extreme behavior perpetrated against me because of his year-long ongoing false witness against me. His wife Debra continually spies on me and reports to him embellished "stories" as well as to our Church leaders. She is mentally ill.
