Purchased a used Honda Pilot engine. Engine was shipped as promised but had fluids still in it. After installation the engine would not run. It needed to be removed and Woodfins replaced engine. They reimbursed only half of labor charges, and delay cost me one month. Sales customer service was excellent, follow-up customer service was terrible. Woodfins claimed second engine had ~75,000 miles. Honda told me the required valve adjustment is typical of 120,000 miles.
