Ordered samples of Aqualife and Vitaderm products for a nominal handling fee of $4.95 and $3.95 on 11/27. Products were delivered with no packing slip or instructions on 12/7. No mention was made on the ad I responded to online that there were to be auto-shipments, nor was anything mentioned about a cancellation policy. My Visa was then charged $89.71 and $89.77 on 12/12. A call was made to the customer service center for each product (one and the same) where I cancelled any future activity. I was told there was no refund..then after I became assertive I was offered 15%, 20% and 35% refunds which I refused and have written to the consumer protection agency, state and national and filed a disputed charge with my bank. What a scam!
