Ordered an ALCAT test online. Prices seemed to be less than elsewhere. Immediately after order was placed I received an email asking for me to submit my address and information (which I had just done when ordering). I responded and waited for shipment. A shipment which I never received. When I emailed to ask about order she emailed back directly and scolded me for not responding to her email (which I did), leaving an invalid phone number (I moved since the order was placed) and for using two different email address (which go to the same inbox). She went on to say I 'wasted her time." I was appalled. Not a decent person and I would rather pay a bit more to be treated professionally.
