I still awaiting reimbursement of a cheque for £20.89 which this firm said they had detailed to be sent to me on 10th December 2015. This is owing to me for goods I no longer want. I have telephoned them 3 times, each time receiving excuses. I think another avenue would be to highlight them to the 'DAILY MAIL' as a company not to be trusted. (Customer No. 24320730)
