The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity
The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity
The company or person contact no longer exists

Tried to use site without success. Daughter tried without success. Three years later, site does not respond. They do not return phone messages asking for account details. Account management has been turned over to a third party, they continue to collect monthly charge with no information pertaining to duration of contract, but very quick to charge large fees for various types of infringements and payments via phone.
Basically, we continue to pay for services that don't exist.
Update: 12/23/2015
I also sent emails in addition to phone calls for several weeks / months in 2015. Only automated 'We will contact you' responses, but responses never come.
