I purchased the software on 19th November 2015 and after explaining to them I had purchased a new pc on 18th December 2015 I have no further use for it. I requested a refund via email but they made all sort of excuses saying I was outside the timeframe for a refund which I explained this was incorrect, they then asked why I down loaded the software to which I explained this was on my old pc and it had been uninstalled before I got my new pc. they have refused point blank NO they will not give me a refund.
Also the website states a price of $29.97 but they also slipped in a 1 year licence extension and a active optimization each for $9.97 bring a total to $49.91.
its a total scam but I am going to torment them until I get the refund.
nothing but a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
