In July 2017, I purchased this software package to keep drivers on my laptop up to date. Over the weekend, the SD card reader stopped working. I scanned the system and received a report that all my drivers are up to date. Rebooted a couple times. Card reader still not working. Went to RealTek, downloaded and installed the driver. Card reader is now working. Called Driver Support, no tech support available on weekends. Received an email, saying "to bad" were not issuing you a refund.
