My wife ordered a sample of Vitalita Derma online using her Mastercard, thinking it would be easy to return if dissatisfied. Not only could should not find any appropriate contact information in Florida, the product kept coming in the mail from a local distribution warehouse. It takes mammoth effort to deal with this byzantine marketing and distribution cabal. Just plain evil ... a supply chain, no doubt, consciously designed to extort the most money for the least value add.
DO NOT DEAL WITH ANY OF THESE ORGANIZATIONS.
