I ordered a coat from this company and the item was way to small for an xxl not to mention it was cheaply made with even a zipper put in backwards. I followed their instructions and sent it California ( with a tracking number ) which they received Dec. 16,2015 and told them this ( they knew I wanted a refund to my pay pal account) From then on all they have done is come up with one excuse after another. I'm no fool and am a paralegal. I have saved all of their emails and my responses to them Todat is December 28, 2015 and its still not resolve ....I would like to know how to get the refund by this fraudulent company? I hsve even filed a complaint with E commerce ... today
