I preordered a pair of limited edition Jordan 11-72-10 for my significant other's Christmas present on December 10, 2015. The price disparity wasn't that different from the asking price so I risked the transaction, however before making the purchase, I got assurances from Ada, the person I corresponded with, that if the shoes were not up to my standards or were fakes, I could get a refund. When I went to pay, the website wouldn't allow me to pay so I contacted the company. I was told that it would be faster to pay through Western Union, which I did. I paid someone named CAIHONG ZHANG. The website said that the shoes would be shipped between December 13-16th, but they were not shipped until days later. The whole time I was waiting for my tracking number, which they only gave me after demanding it for days, I was back and forth with the company complaining and seeking a refund at that point, but they assured me the shoes were being sent. I just received the shoes on December 30 and upon inspection and comparison with pictures from the official Nike website, it was very obvious that these shoes were at most fakes and at least, very poor quality, I contacted the company immediately and sent them pictures to compare and contrast but I was told that these shoes were genuine and that I had no cause for a refund. I am tired of being lied to and made to feel like I don't know a quality product from trash. They refuse to give me a refund and a way to send the shoes back.
