I ordered a wig. The website didn't work. So I emailed them and yes, they did send me a wig after emailing several times and I always getting a different person. The wig was finally sent and the quality is awful. I asked for a refund through paypal and they refused. Then they took the amount out of my captal one and doubled charged me for another wig and tape but not sending me the tape until Jan 4. I used water to wash the wig to see if I couldn't do something with it and brown stain flowed out and the fiber of the wig crumbled. Never will I ever buy from theses people again. Customer service is awful. You don't know how many times I repeated my problem to different people.
